Drawing on her experience and expertise helping leaders create brand alignment, Tanya co-authored the employee alignment and engagement chapter for the graduate school text Reputation Management (second edition). She has also co-authored articles for 1to1 Media (here and here) on creating alignment and accountability.
She earned her M.A. in Interpersonal Communication and B.S. in Communication Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.

Additionally, Jeff has provided expert insights on Fox News and numerous radio programs.
Jeff co-founded and chairs the board of Paul’s Kids Vietnam Children’s Charity.
Paul Curci
An MGStrategy associate, Paul is a veteran newspaper publisher turned leadership effectiveness and business performance specialist. His areas of expertise include leadership development, employee engagement, strategic planning, and organizational diagnosis and redesign.
The core purpose of his work is to bring leaders to common ground on key strategic decisions, so that they can move forward with more clarity, reach their goals more quickly, and do so with less stress. Paul is a CTI trained and certified business coach and facilitator. He is also a trained practitioner of both the Future Search Strategic Planning Method and Open Space Technology.
He is a graduate of Temple University.
